How do I adjust my group total by adding or dropping spots?

You can add or drop spots by completing the Adjust Registration Form, or you can add spots through your CampDoc account. 

To add spots to your group, you have two options:

  1. You can complete the Adjust Registration Form, and we will get your spots added to your group within 2-3 business days. 
  2. You also have the ability to add spots to your group through your CampDoc account by following these steps:
    • Log into CampDoc and navigate to your Participant Portal. 
    • In the left menu bar, click on "Group Registration."
    • Click the button that says "Manage" to the right of the group you're wanting to add spots to. 
    • In the "Group Details" pane on the right side of the screen, select the "Update Capacity" button. 
    • Increase the number to the left of the "Update Capacity" to your new group total. NOTE: this is not the number of spots you want to add, but your new total number of reserved spots. 
    • Click "Save." 
    • Confirm your change by clicking "Update Capacity" in the pop-up window. 
    • To see the financial implications of your change or pay for your additional spots, navigate to the "Account" tab in the left menu bar.

To drop spots, please complete the Adjust Registration Form, and we will get your spots dropped from your group within 2-3 business days.
