How much money do I owe for my event?
You can use the CampDoc "Account" feature to determine how much you have paid and what you still owe for each event you're registered for.
To see your total balance due, follow these steps:

Log into CampDoc and navigate to your Participant Portal.

In the left menu bar, click on "Account."
- This will give you several pieces of information relating to your financial standing with CIY. There are several types of line items you could see on your account:
- TUITION - This is associated with your original registration and the dollar amount associated with this line item is the total amount due for the original number of spots you reserved.
- PAYMENT - Credit card and bank transfer payments made through the CampDoc platform. This will be represented as a negative number, as it is a credit to your account. The amount includes any convenience fees associated with the transaction, so the total amount shown will not be applied to your balance.
- CONVENIENCE FEE - The amount of the convenience fee associated with a credit card or bank transfer payment. This is a positive number, because it is an additional cost added to your account.
- EXTERNAL PAYMENT - payments made by check are labeled as "external." Since there are no convenience fees associated with checks, this entire amount counts toward your total amount due.
- TRANSFER - These transactions should always appear in pairs and have mirrored positive and negative numbers. If this is the case, it just means we have reallocated money from one place to another on the back end of our system.
- ADJUST - Added and dropped spots will appear under this label.
- COUPON - If you chose to pay my check under your original registration, that will appear as a coupon code, which does not positively or negatively affect your balance.
- If you want to know how much you owe for a specific event, use one of these two processes:
- If you're registered for ONE event, the amount listed under "Balance" at the top of the list of transactions is the amount you still owe us for that event.
- If you're registered for MORE THAN ONE event, the amount listed under "Balance" at the top of the list of transactions is the amount you still owe us for all registered events. To see a breakdown of what you still owe for each individual event, just click on your most recent payment.
- To print an invoice, click on the printer icon at the top of the Account page.
